Absolutely love the Total Gym! 60 years old and after decades of running and other sports, experienced arthritis and tendon issues which made exercising nearly impossible. 6 weeks of Total Gym 5-6X/week, joints have never felt better! Was able to snow ski for 5 straight days, after not skiing for 5 years. Increased flexibilty, strength and endurance. Also include Pilates workouts on Total Gym 2X/ week. Very easy to use, doesn't require alot of space, total body workouts easily finished in under an hour. Look forward to workouts again! Thank you Total Gym!!

I have had the total gym for about 30 days now and I will have to say it does take a little bit of getting used to but the more you use it the easier it gets. I think this is a great machine however if you are over 6 foot tall you should know that there will be several exercises that you will not be able to do because the platform is too short. I would’ve thought after 40 years that they would’ve figured out that not everybody is 6 feet tall or less. It would be very easy for the company to design an extension that would accommodate taller individuals. If you have any physical limitations getting on and off of the machine can be challenging but it is doable.

I have been trying to get it to to click into place-main frame is ceased--I have pulled the yellow knob and it will not move into place--5 people have looked at it and cannot figure what is wrong. I owned the previous model-- and loved it--should have stuck with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm very outdoorsy so have always gotten plenty of natural exercise; however, I've recently relocated to Florida and it's unmercifully hot & humid. I simply cannot do the things I was doing before. I tried the gym but I don't like sharing or waiting, not when it comes to working out. The only things I liked were the machines because they enabled me to completely isolate my muscles to work them. Enter the Total Gym. This machine is amazing and the pro machines at the gym have nothing on it. My total Gym does everything the professional machines do and MORE! Plus it's super easy and super fun to use. I cannot imagine being without it now. Thanks so much Total Gym!!!

I got this during the Covid19 quarantine shutdown of our fitness center to try to stay in shape until the gym reopens. Both my wife and I are so impressed with this machine that we may not even go back to the gym. It's smooth operation and functionality targeting all the major muscle groups is amazing. For once reality matches the hype. The thing that impresses me the most is the excellent core workout and encouragement of full and natural range of motion. It's easy on the joints.

I bought my Total Gym approx 10 weeks ago. I have lost 12 lbs and my triglycerides have went from 187 (bad) to 131 (good). I am retired military and am in better shape now the when I retired. So easy to use and the workouts on the included DVDs are great!
