I wish I would have bought a total Gym years ago !

I am a 69 year old 280 lb. man . I've been using my new total gym for about a month now and so far I have lost about 10 lbs. and I like it more every day . Every day I seem to be able to do a little more, a little more stretching , a little more movement . The only complaint that I have is that the bearings on three of the four rollers are very rough and they don't seem to be smoothing out with time .To be fair I have not yet contacted Total Gym of this issue thinking that it would smooth out on its own, so I guess I better give them a call and see what we can do with this issue . As of now I wish I would have bought a total Gym years ago, its a fine machine! Much thanks

I like the machine. been using the machine for about a month 3-4 times per week. I am a little deconditioned so I have started off slow. I have noticed an increase in strength (being able to raise the height from my first workout) and noticed a some improved range of motion from the machine and following along with the Todd Durkin beginner workout video. overall I a happy I bought it.

Just what I needed

Was interested in the Total Gym because it enabled me to do some of the exercises I was doing in Physical therapy. I have only had the gym for a few days and I’m learning everything it enables me to do to continue my rehab and move back into being fit.
The only disappointment is the squat stand…I have had to order the extra large in order to do squats safely and effectively…the small stand that came with my gym was too small.
