better then my old basic total gym, very sturdy as I am 280 lbs. I fold it up to move it, I keep it in the garage. It is a little tricky to fold, but totally doable.

I have really enjoyed my workouts with my Total Gym!!! I gained so much weight during COVID and could not go to my aerobic classes. I have been working out 4 days a week and I can see my body toning and I have lost inches. I still have a lot of work to do, but I feel so good about myself and I can wear T-shirt’s again without feeling self-conscious about my weight. My husband has noticed and have given me very sweet compliments. I love the convenience of the equipment, the ability to set my schedule and the privacy. Our son is getting a degree in exercise science and works at the university rec center as a personal trainer and does the demonstration videos for their commercial TotalGym and told us we should get a TotalGym Fit for our home. We laughed and told him nobody would ever mistake us for Chuck Norris and Christie Brinkley. He kept after us so we relented and got one. Best home fitness investment ever. It’s built like it belongs in a professional gym and can take anything you can dish out. After trying and discarding every piece of home fitness equipment on the market, we’ve finally found the real deal. So while we may never look like Chuck & Christie, we’ll definitely be as fit as they are!
