I absolutely love and enjoy my total gym. It’s so easy to get on and start. Anything you do on it will work a lot of muscles. At first it does seem overwhelming. But, take your time. Start gradually and then before you know your of to a good workout. Im 5”9 and 257lbs. This is bad. Being overweight is unhealthy. It causes health problems.

Overall a very nice system. Easy to set up and break down. My wife and I both enjoy the variety of exercises and ease of transitioning between them. My only issue is an annoying squeak from the glide deck when lying on it at full incline (#12). At other levels it's quiet. A minor but annoying issue of an otherwise excellent piece of equipment.

I bought mine going on a year now. I weighed 370 lbs. I use it 3 times a week following the eve videos.
Today I weigh 235 pounds.
Does it work? Of course it does so long as you do the work and eat right using portion control and no you're u don't have to eAt special food but you do need to eat good food. You can have some of the bad food every once in a while.

Great for exercising quickly!

I bought this because lifting weights hurts my joints. The cyclo attachment is great. Back has not failed once in the four years I owned it. Quieter than weights. The only caveat is if you are tall, I am about 6foot2 and I wish the track had about 6 more inches. When I upgrade, I will go with the highest model. If you use every day, you will see results.

Nice piece of workout equipment. However, given my bad knees its very hard to get up and off the board at the number 3 level. wish there was an extension for the tower and foot, say 10 inches which would most def. help.

hard to set up

I must have gotten a bad piece of equipment shipped because when I get my total fit I could not get the part with the yellow numbers pulled completely out. I am a single mom and I struggled for days to get it up but the black knob will not pull out at all like it shows on the video. I finally got so frustrated I put the machine in a corner and that is where it still is. I recently tried again to get it to work but the black know won't budge so the height adjuster won't sit all the way up. What can I do?
