Love this home gym! I am a busy momma!! So getting to the gym isn’t always doable! I bought me the total gym and I love it!! I can do multiple workouts at home that make me burn! My workout can be 15 minutes or an hour! Whatever I have time for!! It’s awesome!!

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND PEOPLE WHO DON'T USE IT...OR ORDER IT AND RETURN IT.

The Total Gym came fully assembled and was easy to start using right away. It’s a high quality piece of equipment. The videos are a great to familiarize with equipment and the exercises. I love the small foot print when put away, the number of exercises and the ability to increase/decrease the levels. The attachments are also perfect. It’s so easy to hit the gym daily when I have the time. This was perfect for me. My wife has also started using it too because it adapts to different levels of strength so easily.
