I purchased a Total Gym FIT approximately one month ago. The product arrived in a timely fashion to my home in perfect condition. Set up was easy, as the Total Gym comes out of the box essentially ready to use. With the help of the instructional DVDs, I am at the beginning stage of getting back into some semblance of physical conditioning and shape. At present I am using the Total Gym FIT 3-4 times a week.
As a 64-year-old arthritic, moderately overweight guy who has had a total knee replacement as well as reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, I still enjoy playing golf a couple of 3 times a week in the summer, taking an occasional bicycle ride on a country back road, hike along a wooded trail, and downhill skiing as often as possible in the winter. With the onset of various aches and pains associated with age as well those aforementioned afflictions, I realized I needed to firm up and lose some extra pounds if i wanted to continue to golf, bike, hike and ski. The Total Gym FIT seems to be the exact exercise machine I need to a obtain my goals. The resistance training is easy on the joints, firms up the muscles, and with a balanced, moderate diet has helped me to already shed a few pounds. This product is just what I need to keep doing what I enjoy doing for his long as possible.
As I become more proficient with the use of the Total Gym, I hope to advance with DVD series from the currently used Beginner Series to the Intermediate Series, and with time and work, the Advanced Workout DVD. The DVD series are not only instructional, but easy to follow. Their use makes using the Total Gym a breeze. By following the instructions and various workout regimens, results are quickly apparent. This is a Great Product!!! I highly recommend its use for anyone trying to firm themselves up, trim themselves down, and feel better about themselves both physically and mentally each and every day.

I bought a total gym supra pro in 2007 when I was 21 yrs old. I got in the best shape in my life. Ive used a total gym since then. The total gym has helped me with three pregnancies to stay fit( dr. said it was okay) and has helped lose all my weight ive gained during my pregnancy. Used it 6wks after delivery with each pregnancy. Now my husband bought my the total gym fit because it was time to upgrade. TOTAL GYM has helped me so much, to get back into shape to stay in shape, and not to fall into postpartum depression. MY total gym was always at the tip of my hands. Worked out at 2am or whenever the newborn babies were asleep. This is how much ive lost with total gym ( after each pregnancy)...I went from 180 pounds to 125-130. THANK YOU TOTAL GYM...Jesus Christ is good

Got this machine 2 days ago and did my first workout on it yesterday. Man am I feeling it today! this si a serious machine. It arrived in less then a week of my placing the order. It came just like they say fully assembled. It was allot heavier then I expected it to be but that is due to such solid construction. It was also much larger then it looked on tv. I have never used a Total Gym before so I really didn't know what to expect but as soon as I started doing the first exercise I knew that this was serious. they only problem I have found is that the pin used for opening it up is a little hard to use. I am 51 years old overweight and out of shape. I really need something to motivate me and I think this machine and the videos are going to do that. I hope to come back here in a year with a success story about how the Total Gym and Chuck Norris changed my life:)

Solid build, was easy to set up right out of the box just 5 minutes, convenient no I don't have to drive to the gym. The workouts I feel more then gym. Lost 7 Pds first week with diet change too. Love the squat stand can't do regular due to bad knees but this is painless. I am in military and recommend this.

All set up and just started exercising with it. It is very straight forward and really does have enough flexibility to give me all the resistance training I want. My goal is to remove about 50 unattractive pounds with out cutting my head off.

I used a Total Gym in physical therapy to strengthen my quads and saw how great this machine worked with little effort and was fun to use and knew I had to get one for home. I bought the FIT; it was super easy to put together and is really a fun workout.
