The shipping is incredibly fast! I cant believe how quick it came, I would say 2 days after my order. The Financing options are great! I love all of the accessories the accessories that come with the bench, especially the poster with the workouts. The only thing that surprised me is how big the item is. I didnt realize how large it would actually be. Still its high quality, versatile and overall I am happy!

Currently finished recovery from a car accident a few years ago and seeking to totally recover my original health. In one week on my new Fit I gained 7 pounds of muscle and lost 7 inches total in various areas! It took some care and time to get used to setting it up but now it is easy. There will be some occasional clangs of metal against metal, and it takes some force to bring the bar up to a sloped position, but it is very strongly made so even with the strongly worded warning stickers I am certain that it will hold firm and not hurt me if I am careful. Watch your fingers and toes setting it up though. Best purchase I have made in quite a while!

I had seriously let myself go while caring for an elder family member and found myself unable to even enjoy the walking, biking, and hiking I used to do to stay in shape. After watching an infomercial about the total gym, I thought I'd give it a try. I am SO glad I did! I'm able to get in a killer workout in only 20 minutes and even though I've only had it for about three weeks, I'm getting stronger (and smaller!) every day! Not only is it easy, but it's FUN! Well worth the money spent!

I've used the Total Gym for a few weeks now. It is a fun, easy to adjust piece of exercise equipment. Take a couple days to find the movements and resistance levels that work for you and you'll find yourself coming back each day.

I would like to give a 5 star rating but I find it a struggle every single time I try to fold and un-fold the Total Gym. I have never been able to do it in a smooth, non-spastic way. It's definitely NOT as easy as it is made to look on all the ads and videos!
My other complaint is about the length/size of the board. I am just over 6 feet and I find it difficult to get comfortably situated on the board for some of the exercises.
