I was very hesitant to buy this, but I am so very glad I did! It is easy to set up and easy to use! Even my daughter thought it was ridiculously fun :) I hate going to the gym so this has been the best thing for me. I have bad knees and the total gym does not affect them. If your on the fence about this, buy it, you won't regret it!

Useful but a bit awkward

Bought it a month ago. Like the way you can work muscle groups from all different angles. The machine appears to be very well made. Two features make some exercises a bit awkward. One is the the glider only stops all the way down. For some exercises this requires that you hold the pulleys while mounting and dismounting. It would be nice to have an adjustable stop for the glider. Two is that you are sitting at an angle and having to hold you feet off the floor. A glider that can be leveled only comes on commercial models. Wish mine had that. Still, I find it a useful part of my workout and intend to keep using it.

This is just an incredible way to shape up and tone your entire body. The variety of exercises and ease to switch positions and raise and lower the angle of the glide board makes working out a pleasure. The videos help understand all the different ways to exercise and the ab crunch attachment is great.

I purchased this Total Gym fit nearly a month ago. I have found that the workings of the Total Gym itself is very smooth it is comfortable and sturdy and overall a nice looking piece of equipment. I have not used the Total Gym as much as I had hoped but with the use that I have had my arms and my chest are considerably stronger. For sure you will get out of this Total Gym fit what you put into it that little I have learned. My hope is to use the Total Gym every day and continue to get stronger it is enjoyable to work with.

We Didn't Want A Gym In our House Till The Pandemi

Years ago we had a wonderful gym in our home but when we downsized we didn't want to take up space until the pandemic was upon us. Now we're not interested in a gym and the Total Gym Fit (TGF) seemed perfect and it is. Working with Carl MacMullett he helped with the ordering and made sure everything was done correctly. Our Total Gym Fit was delivered and yes the set up was easy. My wife and I are seniors and we've found the TGF is perfect for us. The TGF comes with everything you need and doesn't take up to much room. We strongly recommend the TGF.

I feel that it is sturdy possibly compared to the lower end models. I really like it if I could get enough opportunity to use it to its fullest (working 2 jobs lots of hours). But it is pretty easy and I am glad I got this one with the squat attachment and the increased height. It was delivered quickly as well.
