My wife and I just turned 60. We both need to work and build or core muscles. After much research we decided on Total Gym Fit. In my younger years I was a gymnast and martial artist and trained every day. I trained under a good friend of Chuck Norris and met him at a oklahoma fight that I was involved with earlier in the day. I alway admired how he kept fit. So easy decision. Other reason its been around 40yrs. So what happens when your around that many years successfully. You have a great product and you contiue to improve your product.

You don't need to go to the gym to get a total workout. You can get a complete workout in with your Total Gym. Absolutely LOVE my Total fit Gym!
