This the most versatile piece of exercise equipment I have ever used. it makes it possible to work any part of your body and saves time by allowing you to go from one exercise to the next seamlessly. With the Total Gym, I am able to get a great workout every morning before work in a fraction of the time it takes to go to the gym workout and come home. Unlike a full bench and Olympic size weight set, it is compact and stores easily by folding up kind of like an ironing board. It is perfect for anyone who does not have a lot of space. Lastly, with the current pandemic I am not sure if or when the gyms with be able to re-open and be safe.

You can really add weight to this making it very effective at growing muscle and a lot safer than holding 75 lbs dumbbells over your head. With Covid, this is the next best thing to the gym

Really glad I bought The Total Gym, have had it 3 weeks now and can definitely say it delivers all that’s said about it. Before I bought it, I worked out pretty much daily doing regular exercises, strength training and stationary bike. I feel that about 20 minutes on The Total Gym gives me everything I need and then some. Best purchase I’ve made.
