I bought the Total Gym FIT at the end of January and was amazed at how easy it was to get started on it. The set up was easy and quick and the selection of exercises gives so many choices for new users! I use it 4-5 times a week for 20-45 minutes and cannot believe how much better I feel and look. I wish I would have invested in one earlier because I wasted so much money on gym memberships when I could have been using the Total Gym!

This is second total gym - for a new house. I have been a total gym user for 18 years. The total gym FIT is sooo smooth and gives me a little bit more levels than the original one (I have this one at our second home).

I really like my new Total Gym Fit. I've used a Total Gym XLS since 2006 and I like the new feature on the Fit of 12 levels instead of 6 and larger locking and safety pins. I also like the new split wing attachment for leg curls and pull ups. I do not like the new hook pulley system hand grips and larger/heavier squat stand and used the ones from my old XLS. FYI - The squat stand pictured above is not the one that came with my FIT. It is more like the one with my XLS. The FIT came with a larger, rectangular and heavier stand.

The Total Gym is awesome !!! Better than I expected. I really enjoy working out just a few minutes each day. Highly recommend this. I miss going to the gym however during this time it's not possible however I get just as great a work-out.
