This is the second Total Gym that I have owned. I am equally pleased with this one as much as the first. I strongly recommend the Ab Crunch, the Step, the Pilates Bar and the Tri-Grip Shaper Bar attachments to give your workouts even more versatility. You cannot find a better piece of gym equipment that will give you the number of exercises, ease of use, and the results than the Total Gym Fit.

This is a very smartly designed piece of equipment. I've been through treadmills, other home workout machines. I end up selling them or donating them to charity. I'm uncomfortable in gyms, have a small space, so the Total Gym Fit works very well.
