This is my 2nd total gym. I purchased my first about 20 years ago. The new model "Fit" is even more comfortable, includes videos, more options, more exercises, a convenient card rack, including how to's. My 20 year old model is still going strong, it was just time to purchase a new one.

My girlfriend has one at her office that she uses to show clients proper exercise techniques, ways to minimize injury, and as rehabilitative therapy. I got so much out of the sessions she shared with me that I bought the same FIT model for my house. I absolutely love it.
I work from home - on a computer - and find it super easy to take breaks during the day for realignment. My shoulder pain, that lingered for almost 2 years, is gone. And my workouts, which began as 20 minute sessions, now come close to an hour.
It's never boring and I use it every day. I can alternate the type of workout I get, and I've never felt as strong & fit. Watched the infomercials for years and wish I'd bought one 20 years ago. I probably could have avoided the whole injury recovery aspect.
