I'm very pleased with everything and have been using it regularly. It is truly everything they say! I'm looking forward to kissing goodbye to these lunch-lady arms and this muffin-top! I'm also extremely impressed with their customer service! One of the foot end caps was broken (there was damage to the box during shipping) and the leg pull extension strap was missing; they not only replied promptly, but sent out the replacement items immediately.

Easy to set up - very intuitive - so many videos online to motivate me. I started at a low setting, however, that is OK - it is where I am at ...for now! I've already moved up one level after a month - but i think it is important to stick with it - i blast my worship music while working out and feel great afterwards! Thank you , total gym, for making a fun and effective way to work out !

I’ve purchased a Total Fit back in 2015 have used it ever since. It is phenomenal, very easy to use, equivalent to any expensive gym machines. I’ve always recommended. From customer service to sales they worked with me really good with me explained to me very well. If your thinking of getting one? GET IT!! It the best unit you will ever own!!

I have been using the Total Gym FIT for about 2 months. Getting started was easy. It arrived mostly assembled. Just a matter of unfolding from the box. Instructions were easy to follow.
Using Total Gym has been great so far. Resistance can go from very easy to difficult depending on the resistance level. Changing resistance levels takes less than 10 seconds. It is very simple to go to several different exercises while adjusting the resistance in between sets and still keeping your heart rate up. The ab-crucher attachment is very nice for targetting your core.
I feel much stronger and have moved the resistance level up several times since I started. I have rheumatoid arthritis so having a tool that is easy on my joints was a must. Free-weights were just too painful. The total gym is very easy on my joints and I feel safer than using traditional weights.
Along with cardio and a healthier diet, I have lost 15 pounds so far and gone down a waist size in my pants. My belt is now one notch tighter. I've had to pull out some old jeans I previously could not wear. Everyday tasks are easier.
I started at 220 lbs. Now I am 205 lbs after 2 months. Most of all, I am encouraged to keep going. It is hard work but I feel more energetic and I'm starting to see the results in the mirror. This has been a great investment to my life.

I purchased the total gym fit. I looked at several different types of home equipment and this product seems to meet my needs. I have back pain and sciatica. After 10 days of doing the beginner program my back and legs do not hurt. I am not looking to bulk up muscles. I just want to stay healthy. This product is helping me do that--stay healthy. I walk taller and my balance is better. I also ride my old bike when the weather is good. Between the 2 I'm good and plan to stay good. I was surprised at how easy it was to set up. I have not even used all the attachments that came with it yet. I am a 66 year old female.

A Total Gym 2000 owner for 25+ years (daily use), I decided to treat myself to an upgrade to the Total Gym Fit Anniversary edition. The additional resistance levels, an increase to 14 from 6, and the accessories included with the package made it impossible to resist. As one "gets on" in age (77 here) the more graduated resistance steps are helpful. The TG 2000 has been passed on to a more youthful family member - yup, it's still going strong.
