I bought my second total gym a month ago. We bought our first one a long time ago. Things were wearing out so we bought a new one. The padded seat is great especially since ours had worn out long ago. It is handy to get on for a quick stretch or a workout. The only downside to the new one that I did not experience with my old one is that when working out while laying on your back you can and will get your hair caught in the rollers or pulley. My hair is not that long and I have gotten it caught twice since I got the new one and that is no joy. Other than that it is quite simple to use. You just have to use it :)

After years of my husband watching the commercial and wanting to buy the Total Gym, I decided to surprise him with it. My initial thought was that it was for him, but since it has arrived, it has become a family gym. I have two teenagers that love the machine and the exercises that they are able to perform. I myself love the workout cards for women. Which give written and visual instructions on how best to get my body back in shape. My husband is on it daily and loves ever aspect of the Total Gym. In my house we are all at different fitness levels and it feels like to the Total Gym was made to cater to each one of us. I would highly recommend the Total Gym to anyone looking to get in shape.

Very satisfied with my new Total Gym FIT. it is actually enjoyable and makes the routine workout more exciting. The seat glides smoothly and there is so much variety in switching up the many types of moves and fitness levels, that anyone can benefit from it. Start slow and work up to more.

When we received our Totalgym a week earlier than expected, my husband unfolded the equipment I set up moments before he came home with our 7 year old son, he looked at the equipment wondering how this could give him a good workout. I was super excited on the other hand, been wanting one for long and I finally had one in my living room. He set his at 7 and during his first rep/first exercise he quickly realized this equipment was no joke. After seeing how exhausted he was I lowered my level to 5 for my son and I. We are currently using it as a family and love the variety of workout we can do on it. Love the training cards that come with it, you can pick a program already selected and add to it or make your very own up. We love the cards so much we haven't used any of the DVDs we ordered with it yet. I'm sure we will get to to while we are still breaking in new habits with our new Totalgym! We look forward to updating our review with before and after photos. Well worth every penny and more so as we are looking at additional accessories. We love our Totalgym.
