I have 5 children with 4 being boys. I have always wanted to have a way for them to work out and lift weights at home. This Total Gym has given all of us a changes to work out on our time. Even my daughter uses it. I have places it in a room that one of my boys is always it there watching TV. I find him on the total gym working out, but does not realize he is working out. I have found that it has eased some of my leg pains from working two jobs. We all the love the Total Gym.

I decided to add this piece of equipment to my home gym and I'm so glad I did. A highlight for me is that it came fully assembled...nice! It's so easy to use and fun. Eventhough I have bad knees (can't do the squats), there's still a ton of other awesome movements available. And...it's fast! Still learning to properly do the moves but looking forward to breaking into the other (included!) accessories...including the HUGE card deck with numerous exercises, DVDs and ab equipment. Love it!!!

The Total Gym is a solid piece of in-home work-out equipment that offers multiple exercises for the entire body, as opposed to just one or two targeted areas as other equipment provide. The results from using the Total Gym are good, yet require less time invested. Best of all is being able to workout in the privacy and safety of my own home, at a time convenient for me. Our first total gym was purchased used from a friend at least 20 years ago, is in good working condition, and now resides at our son's home where it is used daily.
