I bought this about a month ago and I love it! So far I have been using the training deck for my workouts but just got a DVD player for Christmas so I can start using the DVDs that came with it. There are different exercises for each muscle group so it's really an overall workout. I will look into getting some extra attachments soon. It seems to be made well and the attachments that I have used so far have worked great.

What I'm most impressed by is the overall quality of this unit. The machine functions are very smoothly and I feel comfortable with how sturdy it feels. It's a great product and saves me a ton of time as I do not have to get my gym gear together and squeeze in time to go somewhere else to workout.
