Wife can set it up, make changes, and loves the exercises. Works out on her own in the morning and does not complain about it. Best thing I found that she is committed to working out with and enjoys. Does not cause any pain. Loves the privacy of our garage.

The ab crunch attachment is great for my needs. I'm a 65 year old female trying to be in the best possible shape. I believe that the ab crunch will help me get there.
