Total Gym, totally awesome

If you're a Lunk or a Hulk this machine isn't for you due to the fact that you lift a percentage of your body weight….but for the rest of us humans this is an awesome machine to tone and strengthen. I love how easy it is to change exercises and how smooth the glide board moves.

This is my 2nd Total Gym.

Got rid of my last Total Gym 5 years ago. Now I use my new total gym same as before, - every other day, - 15 different exercises, - each 3 sets at 15 reps, and - 30 seconds between sets. Some exercises require minor setup prior to and then take down after completion. My workout takes approx. an hour and 15 minutes.

An Ideal Product

I use the product three times per week during the morning hours after daily devotions to jump start my day. It's not like you're exercising as much as having fun accomplishing my goals to heart strengthening and body toning. As of yet; I can find nothing negative to say about the product.

I hurt my back several years ago and the company I was employed would not recommend P/T. I found Total Gym 1000 and it assisted me in getting me Bach into the workforce. The Total Gym Fit puts the 1000 to shame with all attachments. Love it!!!!

Bought for myself. Easy to use and many different exercises to chose from. Versatile. Added benefits of working out in my home. The DVD's that came with the gym are very useful and appreciated! Thank you Total Gym!

Came ready to setup. Love it for the ease of use, and the ability to do almost a whole workout with one piece of equipment. It is a bit bulky, but it really is a non factor because this machine is built well. I was skeptical about buying this product due to the infomercial aspect of it. I needless to say have no regrets.
