Daily body maintenance. Easy to use. Takes more space than I planned on. That is not a complaint, however.

We Don't Look Like Chuck & Cristy Yet

When the sales person was dealing with me. I asked her if It would make me look like Chuck and my wife like Christi.....she said yes. I am going to hold her to that remark. We will let you know in a year. It is one machine that my wife will also use.

Great Machine

I don't have a lot of space in my house to use this so I have to set it up and take it down each time I use it, which is annoying, however, worth it
Pros: Easy Storage, Easy To Use
Cons: Hard To Set Up

Didnt Believe it would work the Body

Used this through two DVD's provided and you can really feel the work out. Didn't believed it would , but I have been sore the next day and it has improved my strength.

Cons: Lower Pin Can Get Bent

Its a lot bigger than i thought, i do have dedicated space so i dont have to fold it and store it. I cant imagine that being easy or fun. Its big! I like the machine a lot but i can tell a difference in the way your muscles are used as opposed to free weights. I think if you focus on form you should be ok. I would reccommend this to a casual user.

I use this every single day. I'm not one to work out, but it is so easy and I look forward to working out everyday and the results are incredible! Everyone should own one of these, it's a must have!
