The good thing is that it was already put together. It is a littler heavier than it looks. My Husband is 6'2 and some of the exercises are a little difficult for him when he has to fit on the pad.

I’m loving the Total Gym. It combines what I love about an erg and a Pilates Reformer. The Pilates bar works really well incorporating the moves I love so much from the studio. Total Gym TV also has some challenging core/Pilates/Barre workouts that tremendously help me where my weaknesses are.

Love the quality of the total gym and the direct tv workouts. It's easy to use and I feel myself getting stronger every day. The on-demand workouts make it nice because I can pick a 10, 20 or 30 minute workout depending on time frame. Even with a 10 minute workout I can feel it in my muscles. It's convenient to be able to do this in my home and I look forward to purchasing additional attachments for more variety in the exercises I can do.

He is strong and in great shape but was hurting him helping me.We are back on our bowflex.I can manage it with minimal help.It is higher off floor and no incline.
