I like that it came fully assembled, but it took a few minutes to figure out how to raise it up. Once that was done, it was easy. I Like the different attachments especially for the arms. Videos are very helpful.

I have had Total Gym Fit for about one week and have had four total workouts on it. Very smooth, high quality and professional made gym. I owned two other total trainers from other companies in the last 14 years. The Total Gym surpasses them in smooth operation and quality.
