I've had mine for about a month now and I'm absolutely loving it. Being able to pay in installments makes it affordable for me. It came with a variety of videos to help you get the most out of your machine. It came with a deck of index cards, each one with a different exercise and the different variations of the exercises are nice too. It doesn't take a lot of space to use and much less when folded up. The attachments are easy use and switch in and out. I can't find anything wrong with it. It's so easy to use I can watch my favorite tv shows while getting a workout in.

I really like the machine. You can do so many different things with one machine. Due to gyms being closed, I was having back pain, shooting pains going down my legs and hip pain, after 3 months of no gyms. The Total Gym has saved my back, stopped all the pain. I use the ab attachment and the leg pulley attachment. I do the squats and use the bottom piece to do ab/back exercises too. I do about 40 exercises all together. I have the exercise cards in my card holder and go through each one. I kept all of the ones that work well for me and that I know I won't get any injuries from. It's a great little machine where you can work your arms, back, legs, abs, everything, and it also helps you with balance. You have to be able to balance pretty well to get on and off the board while holding the cables with your hands so it tests your balance all the time while strengthening and toning your body. I love the machine. I'm obsessed with it. Once I memorize all the exercises I want to do, it will go much faster. I spend an hour on the machine. It's fun.

I have been looking at the Total Gym FIT for a few years now. Been using a home gym setup with a Smith Machine and wanted something that involved more "body weight" exercises. Finally I placed my order for the Total Gym FIT and sure glad I did, this thing does not disappoint. I've been using it now for about 4 weeks, 5 days a week, and I have become addicted to it. Every workout is a pleasure with it's smooth glide board and ease of adjustability. The Total Gym FIT is everything they said it was, and more. Now my old Smith Machine is gathering dust, as I much prefer using the TG. I did however think it was a bit overpriced in the beginning, but it's actually worth every penny. This machine will make you sweat and give you a much better workout than you thought. Amazing, love it.

I love my Total Gym. I can use it for a just a few minutes at a time throughout the day. It's easy to adjust the height and to swap out attachments. Be careful when unfolding it though, I lost my grip and it slammed down on my foot. Very painful. Other than that, it is great!
