Works perfectly every time. I purchased an HP just a year ago, and it was simply ridiculous. 6 service calls, and it never resolved. They refused to honor warranty, etc. In the trash it went. However, the Brother is another story. Works every time, perfectly. Scan utility is perfect. No paper jams, ever. By and far superior to HP. Glad I found a solution!

can't download software

I have had my printer for a month and I can't figure out how to connect wireless so I have not been able to download my software to use the fax and scanning features. I have called three time to the help desk and have not gotten a return call. Not sure where to go from here.

Too many marketing emails

The machine works exactly as advertised but, the constant emails marketing your products is totally annoying. I've blocked them and send them directly to SPAM

Top shelf performance at a good price

The Brother printers are simply the best. I've owned 3 (B&W toner models) of them over the years and always found them to perform perfectly, just as you'd expect. Great performance at a reasonable price just can't be beat.
