One of my faves!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this printer! I threw out my old printer and immediately started using this one. The ink is pretty expensive but it lasts for a pretty long time and is a pretty big cartridge. They have an app which you can connect to your tablet phone or computer to help printer and edit documents before you print and it works great. I had to use their customer service to help me set up and they were super quick and helpful with it as well. Brother has always been a great brand and I will now use this for my business instead of my old one for sure.

Brother MFCL2820DW - My Review

I purchased this printer because my current Brother printer did not make copies. Since my experience with a Brother printer has been excellent I decided to upgrade to a MFCL2820DW. Set up was easy to do. I would recommend a Brother printer with any options you need.

My Issues with print quality.

It is very noisy when printing. Don't know if this is typical or just my printer. In copy mode, density seems inconsistent with variable output quality of print. When copying a crossword from the newspaper, the scanner apparently sees through the page and some of the next page print is visible. Cutting density to -2 helps but often the output is very light. My former HP laser did not have this problem.

Impressive Multiple Functional Printer

The printer was easy to set up and connect to the internet via my iPhone. The print is clear, high quality and impressive. I was also very pleased with the scanning and its ability to handle large volumes of documents and email the documents too.

Great for small office!

Works perfect for our small office. We have used Cannon and HP and they are all broken almost as soon as we use the first thing of ink. Love the ink in this printer and the amount of paper it can hold at once.

GOING OK…fax causing me issue

Appears to be well made product as printers go. Copies well thus far. Able to set up to print from our phones. Setting up for our FAX is not going well. I have followed all directions and am still doing something wrong. :( Looking forward to trying additional options including signing up for ink once I figure out the FAX. Setup was/is most frustrating for me, very unfortunate.
