Great Sturdy Printer

The printer works great, and it is faster than my older MFC-7370. Here are a few things I don't like. The toner cartridges have an embedded chip to monitor toner usage. This supports the automatic refresh program. However, aftermarket toner cartridges are now more expensive because of it. I also miss the old Brother utilities app. Scanning is a bit more difficult now, but I am getting used to it. I like that all pages of a scan are visible before you save the file on your computer or cloud account. Overall, it is a solid printer. Much better than other printers I have used.

This is a phenomenal device! It does everything you could possibly want from a printer, does it very well, and does it in a small footprint. When we chose to obtain a second printer we already knew where to look, as we have had a larger Brother All-in-One for well over 10 years, with nary a problem. That this device is also wireless provides a huge benefit. Very highly recommended!!!

Set up was easy and while I haven't had it long, I find it a pleasure to use. I've scanned, made copies and printed (I don't fax). I especially like the option for two sided printing. I'm not a heavy user but the printer software shows that the toner cartridge that came with the printer is still almost full. I'm very happy with this printer so far.
