Very efficient printer. Easy to set up and connect.
However, one shortcoming is the fact that it does not have a USB port to use a a print port or as a scan to to port.

scan option not user friendly

The machine was quite noisy especially when dialing a fax message. Once you send the fax there was no notification that the fax had been successfully sent or failed. I had trouble printing labels successfully as the print was skewed and unusable. I found it unusually cumbersome to print envelopes as you must open the rear door and make some adjustments. The display blacked out and only appeared as you were attempting a print, fax or scan job.

A no hassle printer - really

After spending too much on ink and dealing with near constant inkjet problems (paper not feeding, scanning crooked, print not clear enough...), I chose this printer. I don't miss color, love the clear type, duplex printing is seamless, scanning is flawless, no midnight ink runs, I love this printer. For my small business, it's priceless. Great value.

Good but toner description is not right

Good and efficient laser printer. Not happy with the toner cartridge as the quantity of pages stated on the description does not match. I have not used the printer much and I already received a "low toner" message.
