My new laptop is just fantastic. My previous HP laptop was 7 years old and was getting slow. As that laptop never let me down, it was for me a straight forward decision to purchase another HP laptop again. The installation was very straight forward and the performance of my new laptop is just great. Very fast performance, in particular during start up in the morning. Up and running in seconds....I definitely recommend this laptop.

I purchase this because I have found that for me these are very reliable machines. I also wanted a reasonably large screen because I like to edit my photographs. The price at the time of purchase was very competitive too.

This was a replacement for my 10 year old HP laptop. First, it came without a power supply, it took a month to finally get that. Then there is the issue of it failing to wake up, just hangs on a random basis when opening lid. It also reported within 2 months of owning, that the battery was failing and to call a number where I was met with 40 minutes of AI slop! I paid a huge price premium to HP for a product, they are so cheap that what might have been resolved in a 5 minute call with a real person is now a machine! It tells me a lot about things going wrong.
