My experience with installing and initially using the HP OmniBook has been very good. The Backup and transfer procedure were very easy to follow. There were a few apps that had to be installed, but otherwise I was quite pleased
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this computer. It has all the features I need for what I use it for. I just needed a basic, fast, easy -to-use computer and this one fits the bill. My only complaint is that the power cord is on the left side, and the right side is where my outlet is. I am lefthanded and my mouse sometimes get caught on the cord. I do like using a mouse even though the touch pad works fine.

THIS IS JUST A GREAT COMPUTER. I UPGRADED FOR MY 14 INCH TO THIS 17 INCH. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. THIS JUST BLOWS MY OLD LAPTOP AWAY, IT'S FASTER, CLEARER AND JUST VERY EASY TO SET UP AND USE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE OMNIBOOK 7 LAPTOP TO ANYONE. I LOVE IT!
