This was a replacement for my 10 year old HP laptop. First, it came without a power supply, it took a month to finally get that. Then there is the issue of it failing to wake up, just hangs on a random basis when opening lid. It also reported within 2 months of owning, that the battery was failing and to call a number where I was met with 40 minutes of AI slop! I paid a huge price premium to HP for a product, they are so cheap that what might have been resolved in a 5 minute call with a real person is now a machine! It tells me a lot about things going wrong.

Bought the machine for work and have to say it manages everything so easily and with speed. Display is crisp and sharp and simple to connect accessories etc. The integrated co-pilot is also useful.
