Gave it as a Christmas gift to my granddaughters so we didn’t know it was black until we went to put it together on Christmas Day. Can’t send it back once they see it. One of the wheels had a rubber piece that came off right away At least it runs well and both girls love it

Very cheaply made,sofe plastic bends in when my 2 year old sat in it. Not worth 399 I would have sent it back but I threw out the box. Don't recommend this to anyone. Very cheaply made and if your 2 year old weighs over 30 pounds forget it

Don’t buy…Doesn’t last!..60 day warranty only!

The battery only lasted one summer then doesn’t recharge. They don’t have replacements in stock anymore so you’re out of luck and they won’t replace the car. Batteries don’t last a lifetime! This was a waste of money with no service!

Charging cable broke first use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The charging cable pin broke off in the car the first time we removed it for the kids to drive the car. The car will run for no more than 25-30 minutes no matter how long it is charged (usually overnight for 12+ hours). I emailed BCP to request new charging cable twice and never got a response.
