Screen is not durable at all!

Do not get the flip phone! Mine broke in less than 4 months with issues coming up only a month after attaining the phone. No water damage and no Drop damage. Its all because the hinge and screen is so easily breakable. The screen also costs a lot of money to fix if it does break.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought in December. I really liked it till it fell on the carpeted floor in my office. Height was approximately 3 feet. Protective case and all and it still didn't protect the hinge. Got a replacement Z4 through my insurance. Very delicate phone. Not to happy with it.

I've only had the phone for almost 2 weeks. How do you want me to honestly rate it so I'm doing 3 stars at this time. I've always loved flip phones. Haven't had one in over 15years it's easy to put in my pocket seeing that my job requires to use my hands constantly. It's easy for me to use seeing I'm a senior. So I do recommend this flip phone for people of my age group.

Worst decision ever!

I am so disappointed in this phone. The battery dies very quickly. I have to optimize the battery servral times a day and still have to charge it 2x per day.

Nice design but ...

This is the second flip phone from Samsung my wife has. She likes the small design (fits it pocket and purse). However in less than a year we noticed small rubber bumpers in the bottom corners start felling off (one is completely missing, we just noticed that recently). You have to be careful with the phone because of the design.

Phone hits pavement at 20 m.p.h. screen untouched

The flip 4 is a tough little bugger. I recently purchased a E-Bike it's speed tops out at 20 m.p.h. and was out on the first ride ever. Had made it 8 miles when the accident happened the wheels came out from under me and I hit the asphalt at 20 m.p.h. My flip 4 was on the handlebars when it happened and came loose it also hit the ground at 20 m.p.h. and skidded about 10' from me or so. The only damage my flip 4 sustained was on the top half along the right and bottom corner of the phone shows that an abrasive surface was rubbed across it and the top camera lens has slight chipping along the outer side no scratches over the lens the bottom lens has a couple of very minor scratches and chipping around the outer edge. other than that it looks brand now. The bottom half outside sustained no damage and the screen looks brand new fresh out of box. any other phone and the screen if useable at all would have been a giant spider web of damage from the force of the fall. Did I mention it has no case? I use a pouch for daily carrying. I will be staying with the galaxy flip line. I will update this as soon as I can with photos.
