Love the phone just missing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the phone and the concept of A flip smartphone But I don't understand why it doesn't have dex I was really disappointed in that and 1000 with lack of features is really a great value in my opinion but I'm still highly enjoying the phone had it since released

Hinge Stopped Working After 30 Days

I've had this phone for 30 days and the hinge already stopped working. Now it just gets stuck at a 90 degree angle and wont open past that without risking damage to the screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received my Z Flip 4, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Though it doesn't have an SD card slot, it's ok. It has 256 GBs and I'm satisfied. I traded in my old phone and definitely didn't have any hassle. Thank you.

I’’ve come back to Samsung bc of this phone, after being with iPhone for 7 years. It’s so nostalgic and really adorable. I really like how strong the closing aspect of this phone is. Would have been better tho if it came with an actual charger, since I purchased the phone as new
