Great except 1 flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this phone and the camera is the bomb. However I dropped it on the corner of the hinge and had to get it fixed. There wasn't even a mark but it refused to open more than 90 degrees. It was even in am otterbox but the hinge wasn't protected.

Flip 4 is way to go phone

Very compact and everything is there such as camera, music, Bluetooth, computer amd etc.
Speed is fast so there's no lag on flip 4.
Also there's no hinge problem at all.
I would recommend everyone to get flip 4.

Good phone but screen cracks where it folds

Hopeful For Future Models

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my phone. I love the usability and functionality. I love that I can stick it in my pocket, check notifications using the front screen, take amazing selfies, and the list goes on.
All that being said, I would love it that much more if the hinge wasn't so delicate. I have already had to have it replaced once. I know you will continue to make it better, so I can't wait!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The samsung zflip 4 has been a great device. I had a iphone for years before switching to andriod. The phone never lags and is very fast and efficient. Upfates usually o ly take about 1-2 minutes to install. Phone is very user friendly. The fact that it folds also protects the screen. Especially if you carry it around in your pocket. My only negative is photo and video sharing with someone with an iphone is not very good. Pictures are always small and pixelated. However you can still send photos and videos through other messaging apps and it works just fine. Overall great product.

The Flip 4 better than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for podcast video streaming music streaming work-related documentation apps and banking pretty much daily. It has superior screen and camera which has helped me in my endeavors very much and for what made me more profitable in my career. I am also a freelance photograph And the picture quality and options of detail editing are far and wide better than any phone out there in my opinion. The volume is perfect it can be loud enough even in a crowded space to hear concisely the words being spoken or song being sang etc. Designs sleek however I do not like the covers that it comes with as they eventually become loose and fall off no matter what you do to them and taping them onto the phone is rather tacky and should not be necessary maybe some sort of magnetic seals could help... I love the phone overall but the slickness without the covers is tailor-made to drop repeatedly therefore making us purchasers buy another device way earlier than we should have to. I appreciate Samsung products very highly in my life and there are the only ones that I use when it comes to communications thank you and I hope you all have a blessed day today and always henceforth.
