Hinge and screen fragile

Great idea for phone and works wonderfully but I can't recommend because the hinge and screen are very fragile when slight bump or short drop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This phone has been the worst experience I have ever had. Between the battery life being garbage, stuttery OS and glitchy user interface, and the gps with google maps not working, i want to smash the dang phone. Do better samsung

Great phone but.. but.. why... why would you put GLASS on the outside of the phone! Vulnerable GLASS!!! Here's the kicker. It feels and looks like hard premium polymer or a very clean plastic. But for the love of all that is holy. Don't put GLASS!!!!!! on the part of the phone that is designed to take a hit. Having to repair mine because alittle pressure from my keys in my pocket poked it the wrong way. That back plate(s) should be hard and durable as diamonds.

First of all I am a big fan of Samsung. Have always used their products. I was so happy with my flip 4 but not anymore after 2 month. Okay. I dropped the phone but with my Samsung case was on it and it was the only my knee hight. However, my phone is gone. This is crazy. First I couldn’t fully open the phone and now the screen is not functioning. I mean, I drop phones from time to time but never broken like this!!!!!. Flip 4 is very delicate, weak phone!!!!!
