Installed drive and it seems to be working well. Too bad the drive does not include the hold down screw. I had to spend an extra $10 for a bag of screws. I had a difficulty with running MS Outlook Mail after I cloned my old C drive over to the new SSD. I could no longer access the many Outlook mail folders after the cloning operation. I partially fixed this problem by using the new version of Outlook that gave me access again to the old email folders.

I bought a Kingston KC3000 1024GB drive at Best Buy. The SSD M2 worked for 9 months and stopped being detected by the computer system. There was no load on the drive. I don't play games, only the Internet and I didn't use the computer every day. The motherboard is new, mag b550 tomahawk max wifi. I bought it at the same BEST Buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
