Needed a larger drive as laptop only came with a 120 GB drive in it. The new drive works perfectly so far.

repair of computer

It has been a while since visiting BB and frankly, previously, the experience was not great but that changed on this visit. Needed a repair on a notebook computer, expensive device and was maybe considering a new one. talked ot the geek squad, they were professional, quick, upfront... left the machine, hours later they called with the repair complete, the full explanation, very business, very succinct in thier approach... I liked that... I was backup and runninng in less than 24 hrs with a repair and process that was seamless and perfect.... ok, I'll be back... thanks !!

stressful for low tech person

presented that my computer was slow
was told I needed solid state drive
no explanation that this would also mean a new hard drive !
when I got the computer home there were no icons on my desktop which was confusing
I had two users on my computer--myself and my husband---all my husbands information was not transferred on to the new hard drive which was very distressing
Had to make another trip to the store to get my icons replaced on the desktop but no availability to restore my husbands basic facebook so he was quite frustrated
