Great deal for essential knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally decided to upgrade my knives after years of buying cheap and replacing. So far I'm happy with the quality, the knife block is a bit bulky but beautiful, and the tight full tang handles are great. Coming from poorly designed unsealed wooden handles (even hand washing didn't keep those nice) to these sharp, balanced, and supremely washable knives, I'm happy! Only time will tell if the built in sharpeners keep them nice for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives came very sharp. The self sharpening feature is great. Hopefully it's not a gimmick, will see if it proves itself over time. Unfortunately there was a nick in the corner of the wood block when I received it. The box was undamaged, leading me to believe that this occurred and manufacturing and not during shipment.

Sharpest knives ever

These knives are comfortable while using and have a nice weight to them. Let’s talk about the sharpness. Tedious prep work like dicing onions or slicing tomatoes have become enjoyable. These knives cut so well I didn’t even notice when I cut myself so deep that surgical glue was need to close the wound. The self sharpening feature ensures that they will remain my favorite knives for a long time.
