Easily maintain the sharpness of your Gourmet knives with this self-sharpening block. This 7pc set contains essential kitchen knives, each with their own custom sharpening slot. The Gourmet knives are lightweight and durable and are sure to stay plenty sharp with frequent usage.

Great block set for the Gourmet

This is a great set if you want to have the essential knives available for use in your kitchen. With the Gourmet, this knife stands out from other stamped knives, because of the high carbon stainless steel that has been ice hardened, creating a knife that will stay sharper longer, not be prone to chipping and have lasting durability. It looks a lot like the Pro collection, but at a more inexpensive price point. Also, since this is a self-sharpening block set, you never have to worry about sharpening your knives, the block does that for your straight edge blades, very innovative!
I would recommend this to a friend!
