[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blades appear very sharp. Just received this as a gift. Sharpening concept is very clever and should keep blades in top condition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this set as a gift for a family member and I could not be more impressed with it. The balance on the knives is great and they cut with ease. Definitely one of my best purchases this year. Well worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are extremely sharp in functionality and in design. I am very happy with the selection of knives. I do wish there weren't slots for steak knives as I don't plan on buying those and thought it was specific to my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are super sharp and the built in sharpener in the block ensures they stay that way. Knives are nicely weighted and up for any task. A nice addition to any kitchen and these knives can handle any task.
