I have only used my 18TB drive (WD181KRYZ-01CMFB0) for a few months now.
I am happy with its performance to date in my FreeBSD system.
It is quieter than a few of my other WDC gold drives.

I currently have several WDC gold drives in my systems, varying in size from 1TB to 18TB.
They seem to last approx. 15 yrs for me.
