Will not boot. One long and two short beeps on POST. Swapping out a different stick makes no difference

I have been using the TUF GAMING B550-PLUS WIFI II and find the motherboard to be excellent for the cost and usability. The memory capacity makes it easy to install virtual machines using 128 gb. Overall performance is top notch. I would definitely recommend this motherboard!
