This little gadget is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was in school, we were so poor I had to sew all my own clothes. I promised myself that once I got a job and could buy the same clothes all the cool kids were wearing, I'd never sew again. So, living into that promise, I haven't sewn anything (other than small repairs by hand) for years. There have been a few times (e.g. seams that had come apart) when I wished I had a machine, but I don't really have the space for it and rarely have a need. Then I saw the M1000. It was the perfect option - it's really small and weighs very little, so can easily be stored on a closet shelf, it has built in LED lighting, so I can put it anywhere and it's good to go, it has a variety of basic stitch options and it works like a champ! Now, if you're looking for all the bells and whistles, this is not the machine for you, but if you want a machine for a beginner or simply want a machine to fix torn seams or complete basic projects (my next one will be throw pillow covers, which thanks to the M1000, will save me all kinds of money:-)), this thing is THE bomb!!!

Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great machine. It is perfect for beginners as well as those skilled in sewing. It is just your basic stitch machine but it is a workhorse. It sews beautifully every time. I got this to have when I just need to do a quick hem or a small project and it is the perfect machine for the job. I am also teaching my daughter to sew using this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mending machine is the best! I have hemmed pants, fixed ripped seams even made a Christmas stocking with it. It is lightweight but very durable. Great for small to medium repairs on clothing. I would recommend this product.

The instruction booklet is very handy to get going, like threading the bobbins, changing needles, the 32 stitch patterns to pick from. Great to have around for small repairs. i even made a pillow with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instruction booklet that comes with the mending machine is very easy to understand. After getting it ready to use it works very well mending hems and other things similar to that. It is light weight if you want to pick it up and move it from one room to the other. I also like the different kind of stitch that it makes. I am looking forward to using it.

Smooth sewing
