I am honestly still trying to figure it out and may need to update my review. I have never use a sewing machine so very limited knowledge. The directions help but I'll update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this sewing machine by Singer! The machine is perfect sized to fit on my crafting table. The sewing machine was easy to set up out of the box. It is made with quality products that will last my family for a long time. The spools fit perfectly in place. I love that I can take it with me while traveling and easy to store while not in use. This sewing machine is great for beginners and even seasoned veterans!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a very experienced with sewing but am very crafty and DIY motivated so this mending machine is a wonderful edition to my craft room! It is very light and easy to set up- the manual gives very clear and easy to read instructions I was able to follow without any trouble. My only complaint would be the stitch dial. At first I was trying to turn it to get to the zip zag stitches and the dial wouldn't move past the straight stitches. I had to have my husband help me and eventually it began to turn but for some reason it requires a little bit of strength to get to those stitches. After turning it a few times it seems to move more easily and I was able to use a zig zag stitch to repair a pocket for my husband! This machine may be small but it has enough power for small repairs and crafts!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] as someone who has never sewn or used a sewing machine I was a little skeptical.. but this was actually super simple to figure out. I have used it multiple times already on simple mending jobs and may even try to do some curtains next!

Perfect Size for Me

The machine is small and compact, but it gets the job done! It has many great features, that I am learning to use (amateur seamstress here). I am excited to use this. It is easy to set up and put away. Fits great in my closet.

LOVE THIS!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it already. Opened it up and used it immediately. Stitching looked great and it was so easy to use. Very basic simple machine. Not fancy or fast. Great buy for simple home projects and for beginners. Needle is a bit difficult to thread. Simple inexpensive machine for small projects. Very small and light weight. Does not come with a case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to sew with an old brother machine in my early teens, and have not picked up another sewing machine since then. With this being the first time in over 15 yrs trying to sew, I have to say that this machine is very simple and easy to understand. It has the basic stitches you could need. I like the portability of this machine as well.

Beginner friendly!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best sewing machine for someone is fairly new to sewing. I have a house full of kids and this machine definitely comes in handy. I have been mainly using it for small jobs around my house such as hemming my curtains or craft jobs for the kids. I find that the instructions are user friendly explaining and showing the different accessories that are included. I love the fact that there aren't tons of buttons/functions to use this machine..it is pretty simple and basic. I do believe that if someone is really new to using a sewing machine, they should maybe watch a few videos prior to use, to get a full understanding of the process. Also, this sewing machine is a bit heavier than I expected, but fairly easy to store away.
I would recommend this to a friend!
