Small and mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is incredible! Its so convenient to use. It may be tiny but don't let that fool you. It can hang with the big boys. So easy to use and it packs away easily so that it isn't in the way like its bigger counterparts. Highly recommended for anyone who just needs to mend something every now and then. Also is handy for the person who just wants to create something every once in a while.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect size machine for someone who is still pretty new at sewing. I’m never seeing enough things to warrant a full machine/setup so I love how little storage this one takes that I can easily pull it out when necessary!

Great machine for mending

Petite footprint with great versatility.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a neat product that Singer created for those of us with occasional sewing needs and a crafting spirit, but lacking lots of space for a dedicated sewing area. I learned to sew on my mom’s full size Singer when I was a kid, and I was so impressed to see how this Mending machine operates parallel to that one, just smaller. That consistency in design made learning this machine quick.
Of important note, the foot pedal doesn’t control speed of the needed/stitches, just the power— there is no speed for this machine, just “On.” It has been so many years since I’ve sewn, so I like the simplicity of a one-speed machine, especially for beginners or those of us who are “rusty.” No more taking small projects to the cleaners or tailor! Now I can easily pull my Mending machine out of the cabinet and do it myself, and then easily put it away. Since it is so portable and storable, one thing that would top off the design is a case/box that was made for this model.

Great little machine!

There are multiple stitch settings and the machine has many helpful ways to make setup a breeze. I see why the Singer brand is still top dog in sewing and mending.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my Singer mending machine! I have been sewing for years and this machine lives up to my high standards. I have made 2 dresses since receiving this and they have been 2 of the best dresses I have ever sewn. I love how lightweight and portable this machine is. My daughter in law has taken up sewing and I can just take this sewing machine with me since she does not have her own yet. This machine creates excellent stitching and the dresses I have made are very durable and will last a long time! Would recommend this dress to anyone!

Basic and easy

I am not the best homemaker but needed to mend small things around the house or make quick costumes for school functions. It has worked great and was easy to use. Its small enough to store in a cabinet. It was nice that it came with everything to get started, including many extras like free beginner classes, which I needed. I think everyone should have one at home.
