[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the laptop, I just didn't like the lack of communication in the delayed shipping of the laptop to me. It took a month from date of purchase to receive the laptop and the original shipping date was 2 weeks after purchase.

It holds a charge for my entire 6 hour class and longer! I would definitely recommend this over other brands that charge over a $1000! I would buy this IdeaPad again and again for all of my family! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a worthwhile purchase and the computer does exactly what I want: lightweight and good to take on trips. The price was right !!! It will serve as a backup for photos, for email, for phone calls and perhaps a small amount of surfing as well as a respository for travel papers and receipts. It is not super fast but that was expected. This does not matter since it is not my primary computer. The computer arrived on the day it was promised. Everything worked the first time although there were essentially no instructions included. That may be the only caveat I have. I am glad I bought it. It serves my purpose.

We haven't had a lot of time to test the performance of the computer; however, what we have seen is exactly what we needed. I would not have looked at this particular model with the expert help of the chat representative. She helped me determine that that the specs on the computer will not only be be acceptable for his online work but also for his movie making. I am looking forward to exploring all the features of this product. The price was the seller point. I was able to get a great processor for a very reasonable amount of money.
