Battery operation doesn’t work

The solar powered part of this fountain works well. I like it. However, the battery powered option has never worked. I tried other batteries, nothing. I had the orinal rechargeable batteries tested and they all were above the nominal charge. There is something wrong with the connections between the batteries and the pump. I would like a replacement.

I love this fountain

I wasn't certain about this fountain versus the traditional styles and the solar panel but I am thrilled with both. The solar panel is working just fine and runs from sun up til sun down. The cascading water sound is perfect next to my outdoor dining table...water does evaporate of course but so far I've only had to add water every 4 or 5 days. 1 thought though,, a piece of screen filter might be nice to keep leaves and debris out

Not Working Now

Disappointed in the fountain overall.
First, it only works in direct sunlight. It doesn’t store energy. Must be manually changed to battery.
We moved it around to find best direct sun, and then it stopped working altogether.
Now looking for another panel, which will be expensive, rather than dumping it.

Very reliable solar source, going strong. The fountain itself has a nice neutral look to it that looks good in almost any setting. We arehappy with it in our rock garden surrounded by lilies.

LOVE THIS SOLAR FOUNTAIN

This is the 4th Sunnydaze fountain I’ve had over the past several years. Currently I have 3 fountains between my front & back yards. I love all my fountains, but this modern cascade fountain has become my favorite. It is easy to set up & store for the winter. It is attractive & fits in my landscape perfectly. The sound of the cascading water is relaxing and exhilarating at the same time. The solar panel provided with these fountains is the best in the industry with the lights, battery option and auto turnoff on the pump if the water level is too low (a feature introduced Summer 2020). It is easy to clean and maintain. It is a wonderful enhancement for my garden. Wish I could post a photo.

Retaining wall feature

I purchased this fountain to accent a retaining wall. It is a good size and makes a statement. The birds love it. The solar panel is very sensitive w.r.t. the sun's to location. The upper bowl spouting feature is rather low. In order to actually see it, I used a small piece of plastic tubing to extend the height. Overall, I like this fountain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice fountain. Birds like it. We have not been able to get the lights to work. Also, it is supposed to turn off when it runs out of water. It doesn't, it keeps running the motor even when dry.
