Can’t use product

I bought these headphones as a birthday gift.
I thought they were the perfect gift….. until when the box was opened, we realized that an adapter was needed to charge them.
How disappointing!!!
Shouldn’t someone have known that???
So now another trip to the store in Covid times and extra money spent.

No power adapter! Scam!!

I would have loved to us these but they don’t include a power adapter, AND the packaging doesn’t indicate that you’ll need one. So instead of using these today I will be returning them on principle. This is a scam to make you buy another item…a power adapter!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Main reason for buying this product is for my daughter who lost uncountable earbuds. This product is round the neck, the probability of loosing this is relatively less, though this is the 3rd round the neck piece I bought. Performancewise, audio quality is good. While telephone conversations over this (bluetooth) is not good.
I would recommend this to a friend!
