The laptop seems OK so far, but the claiming of cashback and offers is so difficult and frustrating any positives are over shaddowed.

HP laptop is fantastic. The price was reduced so that was also awesome. The only issue I had was that the laptop didnt come with a charger, I had to order one separately which I did. This is apparently to save waste, however the wrong charger was sent and when I phoned them they refunded me the cost and said I didn’t need to send it back so the charger was still wasted but I then had to re-order the charger again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
