[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features are great. The camera is awesome. Having a big screen is cool. It's hard to keep the internal screen smudge free and the battery line is poor. Guessing that's the big screen that will do that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many different ways to use this device. I no longer carry a tablet around as I can open up the device to have a much larger display. Not only that but for someone who watches a lot of movies/youtube, this phone is a MUST HAVE. Opening the phone up to a bigger display makes the viewing experience far more enjoyable.
This also makes it great for multi tasking, and viewing many different apps at the same time. Love this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using my phone as a note taking tablet w/photos and note apps on the go makes my job so much smoother and easier. That alone makes this phone worth it. However, I also started using a phone-controller and the steamlink app to stream games from my pc onto the huge open screen. I can play elden ring anywhere and the screen is even bigger than a steam deck!!
Having enough space to run two apps at the same time is also such a boon. When I need to reset a forgotten password, I can have my email open next to the login screen and it really speeds up monotonous tasks like that. My only request would be that they max brightness got better, but the z fold 6 already did, so I guess I'll upgrade to the 7 when it comes out.

Wish it would have been slimmer when folded, and that there would have a pen bay.

Great Multimedia Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a good first year with my Fold 5. Watching movies, shows, and video on the bigger screen, with inky blacks, and bright whites. Especially when gaming and bright light are showing. The fast pixel response time of the screen makes it a very enjoyable experience without needing a super high refresh rate for smoothness. It is even more enjoyable when I can read my books in the form of a book by having it half open.
The downside is that some apps still break and think the phone is open when it's close but in the future, foldable phones would be a lot more common and the issue will be less common. Also, when you reset your phone or turn it back on, when you start unhinging to put the screen at an angle (not completely open, within the first few degress) the applications would switch to the inner screen even if I just wanted to angle the outer screen.
Overall, the good heavily outweighs the bad with bring able to last all day with a charge and more for what I use it for.
